Meet Angela
Women’s Midlife Health Educator - Clinical Nutritionist - Herbalist - Speaker - Advocate

Women have never had more access to health information. But without context, knowing what applies, what connects and what genuinely deserves your attention can be surprisingly difficult.
Midlife can raise questions women haven’t had to think about before.
Sleep changes. Energy becomes less predictable. Concentration feels different. The body responds differently to food or exercise.
Then comes the advice: hormones, protein, fasting, supplements, strength, stress, HRT, bone density, cholesterol and healthy ageing.
There’s plenty to read, but not always a clear way to make sense of it.

That experience has taught me to look beyond individual symptoms and ask how the pieces connect — from hormones, nutrition and sleep to cognition, metabolic health, stress, strength and the realities of everyday life.
Before moving into health, I spent approximately twenty years working across banking, property and aviation. I know what health advice looks like when it has to coexist with meetings, deadlines, leadership responsibilities, families and competing priorities. It’s one reason practicality matters so much in my work.
Today, I bring those perspectives together through speaking, workplace education, programs, media, advocacy and clinical practice. My role isn’t to give women another long list of things to worry about. It’s to put evidence into context, make the complex clearer and help women understand what matters for their health now and for the decades ahead.

Today, I bring those perspectives together through speaking, workplace education, programs, media, advocacy and selective clinical practice. Women’s health doesn’t happen separately from work. Meaningful workplace education needs to understand both.
Twenty years in corporate environments gives me a perspective that extends beyond clinical knowledge. I understand deadlines, meetings, leadership, travel, performance expectations and the pressure many women feel to keep functioning while their health is changing.
Today, that experience shapes how I approach workplace education: credible women’s health information translated for the realities of working life, so organisations can move beyond awareness and towards better understanding, more confident conversations and practical support.

A deliberate, multidisciplinary journey bridging corporate leadership, rigorous clinical science, and executive health advocacy.
Two decades across banking, property and aviation gave me first-hand experience of demanding professional environments. This is the experience that now helps me translate women’s health into conversations that make sense at work.
I retrained in Nutritional Medicine and Western Herbal Medicine, later adding study in Social Science and Counselling. This created the multidisciplinary foundation that continues to inform how I understand health and communicate complex information.
More than twelve years of clinical practice has kept me close to the real questions women ask about their changing health. Those conversations revealed how rarely midlife concerns exist in isolation and why connecting the dots matters.
As an Ambassador for That Sugar Film and contributor to the SugarByHalf campaign, public education and advocacy became an important extension of my clinical work, taking useful health information beyond individual consultations.
Speaking became another way to make complex health information accessible, including an ongoing relationship with Elysia Wellness Retreat as a regular guest speaker and education delivered across workplace, leadership and wellbeing settings.
Today, my work brings clinical experience, corporate understanding, education and advocacy together. Through speaking, workplace programs, Menopause Reset, media and selective clinical care, I help women and organisations understand the bigger picture of midlife health.
For organisations, conferences and events looking for a credible, engaging conversation about women’s midlife health. Angela connects evidence with real life, giving audiences greater understanding and practical knowledge they can use.
For women who want to understand perimenopause and menopause without adding more noise. Menopause Reset brings evidence, context and practical strategies together so you can understand what’s changing and know what matters.
