Six weeks to understand your changing body, know what matters for your health and feel more confident about what comes next.

Sleep changes. Energy shifts. Your body may respond differently to food and exercise. You might notice changes in mood, concentration, weight, digestion or stress tolerance. Or perhaps you feel well, but you’re beginning to think more seriously about your bones, heart, brain, strength and health for the years ahead.
And suddenly everyone seems to have an opinion about what you should be doing.
More protein. Fewer carbohydrates. HRT. No HRT. Supplements. Fasting. Strength training. Gut health. Cortisol. Cholesterol. Sleep.
Midlife Matters is designed to help you make sense of it.
Over six weeks, we’ll connect the dots between perimenopause, menopause, hormones and the bigger picture of your health, so you understand what’s changing, what deserves your attention and what you can realistically do about it.
This isn’t about doing everything perfectly.
It’s about knowing what matters for you.
Midlife Matters combines the connection of a small group with personalised clinical support from me.
We’ll meet live online each week to explore the key areas of women’s health that become particularly important through midlife.
You’ll also have one private 1:1 consultations, where we can look more closely at your health history, symptoms, diet, lifestyle, priorities and relevant pathology.
Where clinically appropriate, recommendations may include further pathology, nutritional supplementation, compounded nutrients or personalised Western herbal medicine. If something sits outside my scope or would benefit from specialist support, I’ll help point you towards an appropriate healthcare professional.
You’ll leave with more than information.
You’ll have a clearer understanding of your own health and your priorities going forward.
You need to understand what matters.
Midlife Matters brings together menopause education, the broader foundations of women’s health and personalised support so you can understand the body you’re in now — and make informed choices about what comes next.
What’s changing, why symptoms can appear and where hormones fit into the bigger picture.
Sleep, cognition, mood, anxiety, energy and why sleep becomes such an important health foundation.
Energy, blood sugar, body composition, gut health and the changing nutritional needs of midlife.
Understanding cholesterol, blood pressure and the cardiovascular health considerations women need to have on their radar.
Supporting bone density, maintaining muscle and understanding why strength becomes increasingly important as we age.
Bringing everything together into a practical approach to your health now and for the decades ahead.
Small-group, interactive sessions with plenty of opportunity for discussion and questions — not six weeks of watching pre-recorded videos.
Individual time with me to explore your health history, symptoms, diet, lifestyle, priorities and goals.
Practical diet and lifestyle recommendations based on what we identify together.
Review of relevant existing pathology and, where appropriate, recommendations for further testing.
Where clinically appropriate, recommendations may include nutritional supplementation, compounded nutrients and/or personalised Western herbal medicine.*
Time to ask questions as you begin putting what you’re learning into practice.
Clear information you can return to during the program and beyond.
Learn alongside women navigating many of the same questions and changes.
If something requires support outside my scope, I’ll help point you towards an appropriate healthcare professional.
* Supplements, herbal medicine and functional testing are not included in the price of the program
Before we begin, you’ll receive a carefully curated welcome box with a selection of my T4U organic herbal teas, wellbeing products and a few thoughtful extras to mark the start of your six weeks.
Contents may vary between programs.
